Accommodation in the Sea-U Guest House - Main House

Hidden behind thick green lush forests, the Sea-U Guest House Hotel can be your vacation home in Bathsheba, located on a hilltop surrounded by a garden and coconut palms overlooking the Atlantic East Coast of Barbados. The light colors of the Sea-U's Guest House Hotel buildings made from hardwood and dark wooden floors create a mansion-like atmosphere at this vacation rental, 100 meters from shore and 20 meters above sea level. The louver windows and doors inviting the ocean breeze to cool the rooms. Ceiling fans and mosquito nets are adding to your comfort.
There are six studios accommodations available in the Main House, four on the ground floor and two on the second level. The entire property is non-smoking. Enjoy the complementary breakfast in our gazebo restaurant. A 3-course dinner is available daily. No electronic devises will disturb your peace but for all of you who need to be in touch – our free Wi-Fi will serve you.

Studios at ground level: Your front door opens out to a classic porch with deck chairs so that you are able to fully enjoy the view of the ocean of Barbados and the tropical gardens. Mahogany furniture, rattan chairs, locally hand-crafted clay lamps, batik art and decor pieces add to a cozy feeling of this vacation home. Three studios have queen beds; the Superior has a Four-poster-king bed. You will find a sitting area and a counter table with bar stools. A kitchenette invites you to prepare a snack or cold meal. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and a large vanity sink.

Owner Suites at the top
Many of you asked for a room at the top floor of the Sea-U Main House. Now your dream has come true. The upper level with two spacious suites is available. And here is what you can expect. High ceilings, dark wooden floors, large louvered double doors opening to the ocean, classic and contemporary tropical furniture, the comfort of solid wooden king size beds with natural latex mattresses, comfortable bathrooms, a large patio with breathtaking ocean views. Your hammock lets you swing close to the top of coconut palms while you dream into the blue of the ocean.
Owner Suite 1: White and red décor combined with dark accents capture the relaxed chic in the tropics. This unit contains a spacious bedroom, an adjoined study and a bathroom with shower. Louver windows and doors create an especially airy atmosphere in the suite.
A small fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, a writing desk, a large marble vanity in the bathroom and the natural latex mattress are special features.
Owner Suite 2: When spending your holiday in the large one-bedroom Owner Suite 2 you will feel as you are living here. A spacious living room with connected kitchen and two double doors opens to the patio where you can lounge or even dine. Antiques from both worlds add to the cozy and stylish feeling of this apartment.
The oversized mahogany king sleigh bed with natural latex mattress lets you rest in comfort. Your bathroom has a walk-in shower. And you may relax in your own private Jacuzzi after another exciting day in Barbados.

The Sea-U Cottage with additional three rooms is located right next to the Main House. All together Sea-U Guest House Hotel and vacation home in Bathsheba Barbados has 9 rooms.

Please note this property does not allow children under the age of 8 and is not accessible by wheel chair. The property is built into the natural landscape, the buildings are on different levels with rugged beach stone paths connecting them. Sea-U is also located on a cliff like hill and the railings have spaces a small child can fit. The hotel is a wooden structure and would not allow a small child to be a child without disturbing other guests

Meal Plan
A Continental Breakfast is included. A 3-course-dinner is availably daily. Reservations are needed for dinner.

Deposit
We will take per room 50 % of the total or 100 % of a 1-night-booking. Visa and Master Card are accepted.

Cancellation Policy
We recommend that you take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation fees which are as follows:
A refund of the deposit, only if cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival.
We will take US$ 50 as a cancellation fee if you are cancelling 21 days or earlier before arrival.
No refunds will be made after guest arrival (year round). No shows and early departures shall be deemed to be cancellations.
